This weekend was wonderful. We got to spend some great time with our sweet niece and nephew! On the way home today, we chatted about why we like being aunts/uncles (plenty of time on a 4 hour roadtrip). We both agree it's one of the most rewarding positions to be in. I feel so blessed by these sweet kiddos and love getting to see the world through a child's eyes. I know God works through us in their lives, and vice versa. There's nothing quite as special as receiving a phone call from your 3 year old nephew because he misses you. I'm so incredibly grateful for the chance to love on them and be involved as they grow up!
